After everything Arisu went through at his previous school, how most of his friends betrayed him, and how the rest hated him, he truly believed he would never find real friends in his life. Therefore, he decided to transfer to Katahori High School in Osaka with his mother

Bullying, violence, hurtful words, everyone hating him, and him hating everyone—he wanted to get rid of the trauma caused by his old school. That's why, after transferring to his new school, he decided to become an introvert who wouldn't talk to anyone.

He stood at the gates of Katahori High School, the only high school in his village in Osaka. He silently looked at the sign, and at the students entering, laughing, and chatting

Arisu entered the school, and after completing the entry procedures, he finally went to his class, A-1

The teacher, Mr. Sugurawa, opened the door for him and welcomed him with a bright smile, asking him to introduce himself to the students.

Arisu stood there silently while looking at all the students. He played with his fingers calmly and looked at everyone. "Arisu Ryohei, I came from Tokyo... I'm 16 years old, it's a pleasure meeting you all" he said , trying to be as quiet as possible, he didn't want anyone to talk to him or anything

Everyone looked at him silently, then they applauded, and the teacher, Sugurawa-sensei, with a kind smile on his lips, was a man with slightly graying white hair, Wrinkles around his face, and a very comforting smile; it was clear he was well-liked by all the students

"Welcome to our school, Arisu-kun! You can sit in that seat behind Rin! Rin-kun, raise your hand!" He said with a kind smile, He pointed towards a boy sitting in the second-to-last seat with a lazy smile on his face, black hair, sharp black eyes, handsome features, and beautiful features.

Rin raised his hand lazily "Here, new guy!"

After Arisu sat down behind him, and the lesson began, it was a normal lesson, except for the part where that guy named Rin wouldn't stop talking to him, telling him that he would introduce him to his group of friends, and other nonsense.
