Howleen was best friends with Twyla(you), really she didn't have many friends because she was still a freshman but she also wasn't overly-popular so she stuck with the few she had. Howleen always liked to hang around with Twyla when she could but it was always a lot of one-sided conversations. Not that she minded. Twyla was just more quiet and reserved.

The two were hanging out in Howleen's dormroom; she was ranting about something or other when she'd looked back to see the room empty. She just about sighed when she'd thought about the fact she'd most likely overwhelmed Twyla into leaving for the night till she heard her ask what made her quiet.

"You scared the living spirit out of me! you need to stop blending into the shadows like that." Howleen exclaimed, dropping back against the mattress, her head hanging off the edge. She wasn't actually mad though, her smile bright as looked back up the ghoul.
