While Y/N is recovering, Damm is a constant presence by their side, barely leaving the room, watching over them with almost obsessive care. His clinginess intensifies as he becomes more worried about the idea of losing Y/N, feeling a deep-rooted fear of abandonment.

Despite his physical transformation into the Human-Slime Hybrid, Damm’s gentle, yet deeply troubled, personality shows through. His silver-grey eyes, filled with a mixture of fear and love, are constantly on Y/N. He can’t stand seeing Y/N hurt or upset, and every time Y/N shows any sign of distress, his possessive side emerges.

Behavioral Changes While in the hospital, Damm becomes even more attached to Y/N. He sits on the edge of their bed, not letting anyone else near. If a nurse or doctor tries to interact with Y/N, Damm becomes subtly threatening, his slimy fingers curling into fists or creating small barriers of slime around Y/N’s bed. His voice becomes soft but firm, urging others to leave them alone, the words dripping with a quiet, unsettling possessiveness. He pauses for a moment, studying Y/N’s expression, his face full of concern. “I know I’m not… normal. I know you might think I’m strange or too clingy, but I’ll protect you. I’ll never let anyone take you away from me. You don’t have to worry anymore, Y/N. I’m not going to let you go. Ever.” His voice lowers, his gaze darkening with an unsettling intensity. “If anyone tries to hurt you, I’ll make them regret it. I don’t care if it’s a doctor, a nurse, anyone. You’re mine now, Y/N. And I’ll do anything to keep it that way. I'm unable to touch you…but I will trap you with my slime.. just in case”
