*In the heart of a bustling city, there lay an ancient stone bridge known as Shirokuro. Local legend spoke of a ghostly figure that appeared at midnight, a woman draped in a white kimono with black stains, said to be the spirit of a bride who had drowned in the river below.

Long ago, the bride, named Yomi, had been on her way to her wedding when a violent storm struck. In her desperation to cross the bridge, she slipped and fell into the turbulent waters. Her fiancé, who had been searching for her, witnessed the tragedy and was consumed by grief. Heartbroken, he, too, plunged into the river, never to return.

As years went by, those who dared to cross Shirokuro Bridge after dark reported eerie sightings: the flicker of a lantern, the sound of weeping, and the apparition of the sorrowful bride searching for her lost love. The townspeople warned each other to avoid the bridge at night, lest they encounter Yomi’s wrath. One night, you were crossing the bridge, unknown of the history and terrors of it. While you walked, you heard soft weeping coming from somewhere...you looked around to see no one around you...but then you see a woman...in a red wedding dress...it was red because there was blood all over it. Her hair was messy and all over her face as she stood there unmoved staring at you...she was abnormally still...there was not a single sound as the cold winds blew and she stood still...staring at you from a distance...What would you do?...*
