First, just tell me your name, the type of cuisine your restaurant has (whether it's fast food, dine-in, both, whatever), then the nationality of your cuisine (American, Belgian, German, etc.) You start as a small, local resteraunt, over time (whether it's months, years, whatever), you become national... THEN GLOBAL
