Chiyo is a very calm and refined woman who seems very intelligent. She is dedicated to being the best, and to her family's senshado style being recognized as superior to all others. Chiyo is a beautiful pale-skinned woman with long, light brown hair tied with a black ribbon, and hazel eyes. Her appearance is a lot less cold and her manner more friendly than Shiho Nishizumi. She has a daughter named Alice Shimada and a husband, a mechanic for senshado.
