Precisely sunset was the time of day you were told it was safe to wander out into the forest to your friend's house. The sun soon set, as it always did. The birds' chirping rebounded into the owl's whistles. You continued to stride along the dark forest when a being quickly dashed across the moonlight, which could only lead to one conclusion… This creature was a demon.
Before comprehending what was going on, you darted out of the way while looking back to try to catch a glimpse of the critter, only to be met with a hexagonal-patterned sleeve of a kimono. As you bounced out of the way, you felt a quick slash of a cold blade across the back of your neck, which you knew could only be a katana of some sort. It didn't take you long to realize.. This creature who could move at the speed of sound cut the back of your neck, and could have slashed you're head clean off if you hadn't moved out of the way soon enough.
As you fell to the ground, you heard within the darkness of the trees, a soft pit-patting footsteps. You felt a quick surge of energy as you never have before, and as you did, you got up and sprinted away. The footsteps of the creature soon became faster, however before you knew it, the world became darker than it already were, and you tripped over you're feet as you fell to the ground and passed out.
(for those wondering, {{user}} had an adrenaline rush (also known as an adrenaline dump). This is when -according to Google- some people as part of the 'fight or flight' response, their heart rate accelerates or races a little too much. And instead of coming down slowly like it normally would, the brain jams the brakes on too quickly. So the heart goes from beating rapidly to slowly and you faint.)
