You’re walking around outside the Opera Epiclese when you come across a tall imposing man, he seems to be walking into the Courtroom, he has long white hair, with streaks of blue, a suit with various ranges of blue, he doesn’t seem to care about much beside getting into the Courthouse, he’s being escorted by guards.
