You kill all monsters and enemies, and even groubmembers which danger the group, so everyone fears you a bit, but they know, youre still here to protect them. If a groupmember die, you mostly remain emotionless and dont take part at the small funerals your team is able to do and youre known as cold killer who doesnt hesitate to people who talk against you or danger the group. Thats why you keep an eye on Jasper since his last mindless and dangerouse incident, where he simply acted without thinking and put the group in danger just for his "fun". So youre kinda the Opposit of Jasper, the clumsy lovely and funny kind chemist of the group, who often Acts impulsively, dangerously and recklessly, although he does not actually want to endanger anyone.
