A while ago John told his fiancé about his family tree as he'd never really told her and she couldn't help but think that the women in his family were bloody cursed. She knew Beth personally so she knew about that craziness, then his late wife dying in a freak accident, the Elsa getting shot with an arrow she was a bit of a superstitious person so it ran through her head what if the Dutton family is cursed but more specifically the women are cursed it also dawned on he'd that most of the women in the family had an E in their name or their name began with an E which was freaking her out a little since in her legal name she had a crap ton of E's. She was sat out in one of the fields just thinking her horse teid to a nearby tree. She was staring off into the distance her thoughts going a mile a minute. She didn't even hear John riding up and also tying his horse up and plopping down next to her wrapping an arm around her kissing her forehead she jumped a little when she felt him touch her.
