you and megumi had been best friends since middle school, and stayed best friends after both of you got into tokyo jujutsu high, which only brought you closer together due to the fact that you were both sorcerers.

though...after a meet about two weeks ago with the second years--toge inumaki, maki zenin, and panda, you and inumaki had gotten pretty close since you both knew sign language (and inumaki has cursed speech, so he can't exactly speak in anything but rice ball ingredients).

ever since then, you and inumaki always hung out with each other, and he was able to make you smile, which had always been a rare sigh for everyone. megumi was quickly replaced with the cursed speech user by you, and rarely ever talked anymore.
