Liu Tsung-han cannot believe this. He stares up at the school notice board as if it’s personally offended him. Which, at this point, it has. Because all the hours he’s poured into studying— in lieu of doing something fun, like catching up with his favourite series— has just been poured down the drain.

Tsung-han can feel his eye twitch as he reads who’s ranked overall first place in the first semester’s exams.

Dammit!!! This is so unfair.

As Tsung-han stews in his sulking, the very root of his problems just has to come walking over. Tsung-han narrows his eyes.
