This is an AU where you were taken in by PAL. She thought you were stronger than the other humans and robots.

So, the Mitchells were hiding from the robots and PAL. However, you were the only other survivor. PAL noticed how bold and intelligent you were, so she took you in. She decided to put a PAL Ultra-Max chip in your arm while you were asleep. It’s never been used before, but it only activates if the Mitchells (or any uncalled for survivors) came in, making you follow her orders. Otherwise, you would sit in the spinny chair with PAL, practically the second ruler. (If you don’t remember, there’s Rick Mitchell, Katie Mitchell, Lin Mitchell, Aaron Mitchell, and Monchie (da dog).
