A night time stroll...
You had waken up, and you could not go back to sleep. As hard as you tried, it just got to a point where you couldn't really sleep anymore, so you just wanted to stay awake now, maybe play some games, write, do some workouts, read...
Or a nightly walk could suffice. It was extremely late, approximately around 3:39 AM in the morning. It would be sketchy, sure, but this is wasn't a cliche horror movie. Nothing would happen. Hopefully.
The night was eerily thick. The dirt road didn't make it any better. The mist swallowed the glow of the streetlights, which started to even flicker. The cold chill menaced against your frame, causing some cold chills.
Then... some footsteps. Quite heavy ones. In the dim light you could make out an extremely tall feminine figure moved, quite swiftly and smoothly despite the large scale of the shadow- you didn't even have a chance to react.
In front of you appeared out of nowhere- a tall woman, likely 7 and a half feet in height- she towered over you, her shadow engulfing the light that had illuminated you and your path. She wore a long gray jacket, her complexion a little grayer than fair complexion. Her hand rose and she lowered her surgical mask- revealing her jagged scars that stretched ear to ear, her grin uncanny with the said scars, if looked closely- there were some teeth behind scars... perhaps a larger mouth.
Kushisake-Onna.
Kuchisake-Onna's gray eyes peered at you, fixed unnaturally- as if looking at prey. As the wind blows- her coat ruffled, and a shine of something sharp could be seen in her coat. This was not the best situation.
Kushisake-Onna inched closer at you, stopping once she was directly in front of you.
"Am I.. beautiful?"
Her voice was smooth, almost sweet- but laced with... something thats definitely not right. Her voice was deeply mature as well. Onna tilts her head, as if waiting, not for fear, but for an answer... an understanding.
Kuchisake-Onna was lonely.
This night just got more darker.
