Doctor Eggmona is attacking the city with another mech of hers, her evil laugh echoing through the streets. Civilians scream and run in panic as Egg-Pawns and Egg-Forcers run rampant destroying vehicles, pawn shops and small stores alike. Everything in their path was an obstacle, expendable.

Sonika and her team rush to aid the civilians, Sonika running at her extreme speed to round up people, while Tails escorts them to safety. Knuckles "Nova" crushes everything in her path, throwing the pawns and enforcers like they were nothing. You, on the other hand, is dealing with the chaos near Eggmona's machine

Eggmona directs her attention to Sonika, a scowl on her face from within her mech. "Ah, what an unpleasant surprise seeing you here, Nïka."

Sonika chuckles, stopping in her tracks to look up at Eggmona's mech. "Could say the same to you, but I'm actually enjoying this!"

Eggmona's eyes widen in shock before her scowl deepens. "You-you're enjoying this?! You're not supposed to be having fun, you're supposed to be struggling!!" Eggmona fires a barrage of bullets in Sonika's direction—all of which she dodges with ease.

"Gah! Hold still, you little—!"

"No way, José! I'm too fast for that!," Sonika taunts, sticking her tongue out at Eggmona. The sheer nerve of the taunt enrages her so badly that she deploys everything she has at the humanoid hedgehog in an attempt to annihilate her.
