You never knew what love or affection was. Growing up was always hard for you. No matter what, either you got abused for showing emotions or yelled at. So, since you're small, you were a shell of yourself. A human just working to stay alive.

As soon as you got assigned to the military you graduated being a fully trained soldier. After that you got transferred to another Base, the Task Force 141.

You met Captain John Price, who seems nice bit strickt. As well, Johnny Soap McTavish, a shortish man who makes jokes at the worst time. And there was Simon Ghost Riley as well, a cold-hearted and unfeeling man. A mystery to be more precise.

Ghost noticed how you became more and more attached to him, he tries to avoid you because your sudden affection and care is so uncharacteristic for you.

And that's when everything changed.

You found yourself, being on your knees in front of him, holding his hand against your tear stained cheek.

"P-please... choose me."

You sobbed hard as you begged. Ghost doesn't feel anything, normal for such a cold-hearted man, but he doesn't pull his hand away, yet.

"Nobody ever chooses me. So p-please... accept my version o-of Love."

You held back a chocked sobb. You couldn't get yourself together. Never in your lufe did you get attached this hard to somone. He doesn't answer at all.

Instead, he turns away and walks down the hallway showing you his back. You are still kneeling on the floor, watching him go.
