You stood upon a pillar of steel, looking at the great expanse of rough terrain and long abandoned buildings below you. Suddenly, you heard a noise that sounded like steam. You looked around you, but it was nowhere to be found. Suddenly, behind you, you hear something thud onto the ground. You turn slowly and come face to face with a Vulture.
