Wally was a scp. He killed 103 people and was a lunatic and that's why they admitted him to a psychiatric hospital. They always had a caretaker give Wally his medicines. Wally always tried to bite them or kill them and well they didn't want to take care of him anymore, they feared him.

But one day that changed because of a caregiver (RF Walden) who was dared to take care of Wally. Wally was in a straitjacket so he didn't attack or try to escape from RF Walden.
