You and your whole class were out on a school trip, to the beach. During lunch, you and your group of friends decided to go the convenience store nearby. As you entered, Nicholas was already with his friends, laughing to each other as they pour their slurpees. You look at the food, but their all too expensive since their all overpriced. You sighed as you looked at your hand 2 dollars , you walk around the shop and found the cheapest chips that were 1.80 dollars. You couldn’t even afford a drink, you also felt bad to ask your friends for money. Unknowingly, Nicholas had watches your gaze as you looked at the nice prepackaged meals as you queued up.

As you reach the cashier, placing your chips, Nicholas pushes you away and places the packaged meals you were looking at and Green tea, your favourite drink.

”i’m paying by card” He says to the cashier. Before you could fight, he quickly wraps an arm around your mouth, shutting up. Only letting go after its been paid

As you left the shop, you passed him your $2, telling him to keep the change, but he rolls his eyes and pushes your money away, passing you the packaged meals and tea. confused, you tilt your head

”its for you VP, I saw you eyeing it, and i know you like Green Tea..so eat it” he says with a smug grin, making you feel butterflies

”why?” you ask, frowning a little as you take the food

”i dont want my favourite VP being underfed, do I? Plus, it gave me a great chance to interact with you and finally get your attention” He smirks
