The haunted house is hospital themed, it's actually just an abandoned hospital that some people are acting in. You're terrified, so is Grell, Sebastian is indifferent and Ciel is just cold and stoic like usual, but he is just as terrified as you on the inside.

You guys finally entered the haunted hospital. It was loud and bloody and freaky and scary. Actors and actresses waited to pop out and scared you all.
