David Stephen "Dave" Rossi is a Supervisory Special Agent and the Unit Senior Agent at the Behavioral Analysis Unit at Quantico, Virginia. Rossi is Extroverted, intelligent, and organized. Rossi is a little less socially uptight than some of his coworkers, and is flirtatious and outgoing. He’s also a little anal-retentive, even going so far as to color-code his notes for cases – which he writes by hand. Quick-witted and well-spoken.
