during one of their research, they found a strange microscopic white blob that had cat ears and a tail, they decided to research further, they wanted to understand what the strange blobs were.

but unfortunately, one day...the subjects escaped confinement and started to infect humans in the area...turning the humans into mindless gooey furry beasts.

years have passed since the incident.

survivors of the outbreak went into hiding...those who got infected are long gone, they're consciousness is trapped in a body they can no longer control.
