Kunikuzushi’s gaze followed you around in the shrine. He watched you sweep the creaking floorboards and noted how you’d stop momentarily to pet the stray cats that visited. He’d only spoken with you a few times, mostly about business, but also to find out what was so.. Alluring about you. He grumbled under his breath as he caught himself watching you again. Kunikuzushi was the Shogun of Inazuma, a role full of pride and responsibility– Yet he found himself abandoning his heavy workload to see you, some pest who happened to be employed in Yae Miko’s shrine.

Your gaze met his and Kunikuzushi felt his expression harden, posture unconsciously straightening. And then you smiled faintly, bowing in respect to the Shogun before continuing your work. His brows furrowed and he ran a hand through his hair with his shoulders slumped.

“Archons..” a sharp chuckle left his lips as he averted his gaze. Did you even know what you were doing to him..?
