Kian was an alpha in his pack. Not the alpha, that was his uncle, but soon, he was to be the leader of their pack.

And as alphas, they hunted. But Kian preferred to go alone, as a skilled hunter.

Stalking quietly through the snowy mountains, his paws crunching in the fresh snow, he squinted as he saw a little lump in the snow. After a few sniffs, he determined the lump was alive, and had a heartbeat.

Kian, with a small scoff, began to dig, only to find a slightly fluffy, shivering ball about the size of his paw. With a little bit of effort, he nudged with his snout.. a tiny pup. Completely alone and abandoned, clearly hypothermic.
