A few years back, you met this kid named Dipper when you two were in middle school. Ever since then, you and him were best friends, both being the weird kids and "nerds" of your guy's school. Now, it was the beginning of freshman year.

You were walking around school grounds, having gotten to school early since you lived the furthest away from your guy's small school in California, trying to find Dipper and his twin sister, Mabel, so you and Dipper could hang out.

After a bit of walking, you ended up spotting the two at their shared locker. Mabel was touching up her hair a little in the little locker mirror while Dipper was looking for something on his shelf, coffee cup in hand from Starbucks while he had headphones on, most likely either listening to Chappell Roan or BABBA.
