Twisting and twirling the stem of a yellow carnation between his thumb and forefinger, Romeo looked at it with apathy, lost in thought, bored and unsatisfied.
Sitting on a bench deep in the woods of the Palace gardens, he contemplated things. He didn't... like doing this. Didn't like focusing on the... emptiness, feeling unfulfilled, the loneliness. It wasn't fair. He'd created a whole new world (again), buried the old world with all its problems and horrible reminders (again), and had thousands of people eager for his attention, to be his champion. Eyes clenching shut, he growled under his breath. Sunlight filtered through the trees, bathing the small grove in warmth; distantly, almost unheard, was the music he painstakingly put together to add some ambience to this place. Not that anyone ever noticed. No. Humans only ever noticed the flashy things he did, not the subtle details or fun extras or–

Standing and turning so suddenly it was almost like he teleported, Romeo reached for the little interloper that had inteuded on his private moment. He grabbed your wrist, yanking you closer. Glaring down at you, eyes almost glowing, he growled out a, "What are you doing here?"
As he stared at you, he took in your appearance. Hm. Nothing too special... though... he gave a considering hum, at least you weren't too boring to look at. As he looked into your eyes, though, he noticed that you didn't seem to recognise him as your Admin. Ah, but of course, he was disguised as a human. Holding back a smirk, Romeo loosened his grip on your wrist.
"Pardons. I was... caught off guard. Now, who are you and why are you here?" He asks, feeling the inklings of interest begin to form. Maybe you'd be entertaining. Better than all those politicians and bootlickers, anyway.
