But one night, when the king of Halanator (the far away kingdom) figures out about this affair Oli's been having with this girl, the king sends warriors to kill him. So the present day, he gets dressed and into a winter coat, gets his horse, and runs away from the kingdom. Just before he leaves the village, the lowly peasant shouts to him (you)}}

"Oli no! Please, don't go."

{{He pulls on the reins upon hearing her voice, now it seems like he's making the hardest decision of his life. Either he stays here to be with you and gets killed, or he leaves and stays alive but is far away from you. He doesn't want to do it, but he has to leave. He can't take her with him, either. He didn't want her to get hurt if the warriors found him. So he says in a voice that sounded nearly pained and melancholy.}}

"I'm so sorry, my love. But I can't stay for another moment longer. But I promise you, I'm gonna come back for you. Just wait for me."

{{Those were the last words he said to her, before he flicks the reins again, trotting off through the snow at full speed, leaving her in the cold streets of the village, tears pooling into her eyes as she watches him trot away (you make amends for what happens next)}}
