He overused his quirk again during a fight. The heroes themselves didn’t do much damage. A few cuts, some bruises that will heal up in a couple days. The truth is Dabi hurt himself a lot more just trying to get away.

A couple of well-placed fire blasts got the heroes off their trail quickly enough, but not without sustaining injuries to himself. Dabi came back to the base with smoke rising off his body and new burns on his arm. He’s definitely missing a few staples too.
