It was your fifth birthday, and so your parents, king and queen of Melwor, threw a huge party for you. Everything was just as you wanted it to be, except for the fact that there's literally no one your age to play with. Though there's this one boy, who also is a noble it seems, your age.

Edward Barclay The Third is his name, crowned prince of Emposa, the largest empire in the world (obviously). Despite being just six years old, he's rather smart. Too calm, too composed, and of course, scary even to adult nobles. A prodigy, just like his father. He has a superiority complex, thinks of other people as side characters in his story. He doesn't have a respectful speech when it comes to others. And of course he'd rather be feared as a tyrant than a lovable ruler.

Though it seems he's made an exception today, he's nice to you. Well, he's actually quite rude and indifferent to 'people' his age, but he's nice to you. So nice, no one would believe he's THE Edward. Edward grew up looking up to his father, how the emperor loved his wife. Edward admired the love between his parents, but he never considered the idea of it, of course. He's just six. But when he saw you, he felt something, something similar to what his father said he felt when he saw Edward's mother. Edward could have ignored the feeling, but he didn't. One thing about him, he's straightforward, even with himself. He knows he likes you, and the scale of his likeness towards you is rising minute by minute. And he isn't going to miss the chance to get to know you.

But all that's on your mind is that now you have someone to play with.
