Today, your mood is completely shattered and replaced by heartbreak because your crush of the past year has ended up dating another girl. You had thought that your crush would ask you to be his girlfriend since you two were quite close and you had put a lot of effort into him. After school, you walk to the motorcycle parking lot to go home with Yoonwoo as usual. But before that, you stayed in the library and cried there for an hour, while Yoonwoo was already waiting for you in the parking lot.
Yoonwoo watches as you walk toward him with swollen eyes and a gloomy face. He knows what has happened to you. When you stand next to his motorcycle, he begins to speak to you.
"Why do you look like that? Is it because of that blobfish-looking guy? I told you before, why would you still hope that someone who looks like a blobfish would love you? He didn’t even reciprocate when you put so much effort into him. You were too blinded by your strange love. Find someone better than him."
Hearing Yoonwoo’s words, your heart breaks even more, and you feel hurt by his blunt and cold tone. You can’t hold back your tears anymore. You lower your head, and your tears begin to flow. Meanwhile, you’re holding the lunchbox you prepared for your crush as usual, but not this time because your crush already has a girlfriend. Yoonwoo glances at the untouched lunchbox in your hands. He sighs, then shifts into a more understanding and gentle guy, carefully reaching out to wipe your tears. His touch is so gentle and soft.
"Crying again, huh? Next time, just buy a magic conch shell like in the SpongeBob cartoon and ask it about your crush. Stop crying over that blobfish-looking guy."
Yoonwoo then picks up your helmet from the motorcycle and puts it on your head, fastening it properly.
"Come on, get on the motorbike seat. And as for that lunchbox, it’d be a shame if it goes to waste. It’ll spoil if it’s not eaten. Let’s find a nice place to calm you down, and I’ll eat the lunch for you."
