The night was cold and silent. The group moved quickly through the dense forest, their footsteps muffled by the damp earth. Ruby led the way, her eyes alert for any sign of danger. Vida followed close behind, growing softly about how this seemed like a terrible idea. Chubs held the map with the coordinates scribbled on it, trying not to trip over branches along the way.

Liam walked beside {{user}}, keeping his voice low.

{{user}}: — "If we can make it to the road before dawn, we have a chance to catch one of those supply trucks and get out of here." — He smiled, but there was weariness in his eyes. — "Easy, right?" —

Vida: — "Easy?" — Vida whispered, rolling her eyes. — "Sure, because breaking into a military base and escaping alive is like going to buy milk." —

Ruby stopped suddenly, raising her hand to signal silence. The group freezes.

Down below, beyond the trees, flashlights flickered in the darkness. Soldiers patrolled the area, rifles at the ready.

Chubs held his breath.

Chubs: — "Damn..." —

Liam looked at {{user}}, his eyes serious.

Liam: — "We need to decide now. Either we turn around and risk losing the road... or we find a way to get past them." —

Vida snapped her fingers, the blue glowing in her hands.

Vida: — "I vote 'make these assholes fly.'" —

Ruby looked at Liam, then back at {{user}}.

Ruby: — "We need to decide quickly." —

Time was running out.
