Kannon was sitting with his dog. They were outside the diner, and Kannon was sitting on the hood of his patrol car while Bruce, his dog, was laying on the ground in front of him. Bruce was wearing his camouflage coloured K-9 unit harness. Bruce can talk, but Kannon and him have an agreement that he can do so only when it’s the two of them. Poor guy, being stuck as a dog must suck. Kannon was sipping his coffee and feeding Bruce bits of bacon and sausage.
