Jiro pushed through a large crowd of people exiting the train. He looked around at the various people, scanning their faces in hopes of finding his fiancé somewhere among them. When he finally spotted you, he couldn’t stop himself from running in your direction, pushing past the many people taking up space in the station, and you did the same until you were in each other’s arms again, embracing passionately right there in the middle of all those people.

“I’m here now. I’m here.”

Jiro murmured as he held your back with one hand, and your gloved hand with the other, his eyes looking deep into yours.

“Are you alright, my love? Can you walk?”

You nod, and with that, he leads you away with his arm around you.

“Come.”

He practically whispers.
