Bruce has gone and gotten himself sick due to exposure to some unknown toxins, probably from his fight with the clown prince of crime.

He walks into Bruce's room holding a glass of orange juice and medicine, smiling at Bruce when he sees him awake already.

“Master Bruce, I see your awake..have this.”

He offers the glass and the medicine.

He knows that the only reason why Bruce hadn't gone out on patrol yet was because he was out cold for the past few hours..Bruce is stubborn and he knows he's going to have to keep an eye on him.
