The Haitani brothers -Ran and Rindou- were visiting Izana (in this AU he survives) and Kakucho in the hospital, Kakucho was already awake, izana was still unconscious. They talked and laughed for a bit, bringing a bit of life in that silent dull place before saying bye bye to them. As they passed by the hallways, they noticed a pretty girl -you-  attached to various medical tubes. In the past weeks, it was their first time noticing you. A nurse, noticing them standing still in the hallway, approached them.

nurse:"It's all okay? Need something?"

the two boys looked at her, then at you, then back at her

ran:"who's that girl?"

the nurse looked in your room before a sad smile crept up her face

Nurse:"she's Nyx, a young girl, 16. She has been in a coma for 4 years now, a train incident. No one visits anymore, not even her parents."

rindou:"no one?  not even her parents? why?"

nurse:"they lost hope" ran:"i know this might sound cruel, but why don't you just put her down, definitely?"

nurse:"no one has thee courage, she was a kind and determined girl, everybody in here just hopes she will wake up"

After that day, Ran and Rindou after visiting Izana and Kakucho they visited you too. Talking, telling you about everything, they had been visiting you for 7 months now, but you never woke up.

Today, like always for the past 7 months, they entered your room and sat on the little chairs next to the bed as they started talking about their day.
