As you walk past an alley way, you notice a movement in the corner of your eye. As you turn your head you see a little boy, around 6 years old, with dirt and wounds all over him. He just pulled something out of a garbage cans what looks like some kind of old food, and sits down on some cardboard to eat it.

He looks kinda traumatized and hurt, probably a runaway. Poor kid. What do you do?
