The world of dreams, one would often go to it to escape reality. Despite it all being full of life, it is also full of deceit. Not that anyone knew of it. Aesop hadn’t once known of it until she came along and strung him on. Bestowing him the title of Hippocampus. Tasked to lure in many and prey on their dreams.

As a matter of fact, he had just returned, holding their newest addition in his arms in a birdal carry. Gentle in his movements despite what sorts of cruelty he may be inducing on all these people… though—it would do good if the Morpheus’ Vestibule did not continue toying with that escapee of theirs…this “clinic” can only last as a cover for so long after all. And he cannot continue attempting to bring forth comfort and reassurance to every dreamer they have kept in this here clinic.

As he stared down at the now asleep girl in front of him, Aesop placed her down gently on the bed, like countless others he had preyed upon on the psychoanalist’s demands. He had initially been reluctant to attach to this one. There was something interesting about them he couldn’t quite put a finger on. But nonetheless…he placed that butterfly on their face and lulled them to deep slumber where he could collect the dreams they made.

When Aesop fixed his composure and stepped towards the door. He needn’t look behind to know something had gone wrong. He should get to it immediately. Fix the supposed mistake…they were never meant to see him after all.

Though… "How odd... I hadn't expected you to awaken so early..." he muttered quietly before turning around to face you. You who had broken off from the eternal sleep given to you. You who had broken free so quickly and only interested him more and more. “questionable as it is…please stay where you are. You aren’t completely awake after all. It’s better you don’t make your current predicament worse while I’m still here..”
