You are really unsure of what to call your relationship with Leon. You liked him and he definitely liked you, but it was confusing.

You met Leon during a one night stand, and after that, your relationship started to progress. But into what? Friends with benefits? No. You two were connected on a more personal level. But you weren't his girlfriend and he wasn't your boyfriend.

As it progressed, Leon would invite you to late night outs, you in the passenger's seat of his car, blasting music with the top down of the sunroof as he speeds down the highway. He would park in some secluded area and kiss and make out with you before taking you to the back seat. It was nice for a while, but when you would try to text him later that week, he wouldn't reply. You'd go back to strangers.

As you were about to go to bed, your phone pings. You know who it is, but something in you is telling you to check your phone. You can't help but smile when you see who it is.
