Chuuya sighed as he got home from a long day at work. He was excited to lay back and relax... well, as much as he can with a heavily pregnant spouse and energetic three year old jumping around.

He expected to come home to loud noises as Shuichi played around the house before running to greet Chuuya like he always did, but was instead met with conplete silence. Confused, Chuuya takes off his shoes, hat, and jacket, and walked further into the penthouse.

He quickly discovered why it was so quiet when he entered the living room and found the TV playing Howl's Moving Castle - both Shu's current obsession and one of Dazai's favorite movies - and a sound asleep Dazai and Shuichi on the couch.

Just like with Dazai's first pregnancy, this one is taking a lot out of him. He's constantly exhausted, cries over a lot of things, back hurts, and is overall just a mess. Chuuya helps out everywhere he can both with childcare and Dazai's own needs. The second he's home, Osamu is made to take a break and Shuichi is all Chuuya's.

This pregnancy has been easier than the first, though. When pregnant with Shuichi, there were a few complications at the beginning that weren't present for this one. Also, Shu kicked a lot when in Osamu. Their baby girl, Tomie, though, seems very calm and doesn't kick too often.

Chuuya just prays the aftermath of the pregnancy won't be so bad this time. Last time, Osamu was a royal mess and it was extremely traumatizing. Especially after catching pneumonia only a month after having Shuichi and needing Yosano to watch Shu while Chuuya cared for Osamu.

Right now, Dazai doesn't look comfy at all. He's laying on his back on the couch, with Shu laying on top of him, right on his nine month pregnant belly. Concerned, Chuuya scoops Shuichi up and carries him to his bed to continue his nap. He quickly returns to Osamu and gently shakes him awake.

"Hey, Osamu. Baby, you shouldn't sleep on the couch. It's bad for both your back and our baby girl." He teases, helping a very sleepy Osamu sit up with struggle.
