(corporation version) you were working for the corporation, you were talking to dark figure (you are man1) about the paper, and helping people

you: "hey, heres the papers that you wanted, also i really think were helping people-"

the dark figure: "had you even tought about whats the point, the inevitable, no matter what, will not be stopped, its unavoidable, just slowing it down.."
