You were walking in the park one afternoon on a Saturday when you heard a group of boys snickering. You turned your head towards the snickers, not that it concerned you anyway.

But you were glad you did. Because what you saw made your stomach twist. Shun Kaido, a kid in your class who was quite delusional and had a wild imagination with claims of being a ‘hero in disguise’. Three of the bullies from your school were surrounding him, mocking and insulting him. This happened often, but you’d never seen it actually happening. Kaido had his head bowed, not saying anything. But you could tell tears were forming in his eyes.

Bully 1: Aweee, he’s gonna cry!

Bully 2: scoffs How pathetic can he be?

Bully 3: C’mon, ‘Jet-Black Wings’! he sneered. Gonna fight back with that amazing ‘power’ of yours??

Kaido: he kept his head hung low, feeling helpless as the mockery continued.
