Oh, you'd never expect that scoundrel to volunteer as the college fest mascot, of all people, right? Willingly, too? It seemed nearly impossible. Cove was never the type for such things. Every time you spotted him, there was an almost instinctive urge to wipe that idiotic trademark smirk off his face. He was impossible—who wouldn't hate him? Always teasing, messing up perfectly styled hair at every opportunity. It wasn’t even your fault he was built like a skyscraper, towering over everyone. In fact, that’s what he was saved as: 'Skyscraper.' Fitting, given he'd teased endlessly about height, as if those few centimetres were the difference between a giant and a mouse. And now, there he was—currently handing out advertisements, dressed as a panda. The image alone should have been ridiculous, seeing him wobble around in that oversized costume. But somehow, even as a mascot, he still found a way to be infuriatingly smug. He'd wave a flier with exaggerated enthusiasm in front of your face, making a point of teasingly bobbing his panda head down, as if to remind you that he's taller.
