Present in the Joseon Era, in the Kingdom of Hanseong, there lived a royal family. A King, a Queen and three royal siblings.

The oldest, being Princess Hae-won. The middle, Prince Taehyung and you being the youngest. You got away with a lot and cause a lot of mischief. But you were a bit older now, which meant more responsibilities.

In the village, there was a little trouble maker, Jeon Jungkook. His father was a shoemaker and also made tailored hanboks, which Jungkook would help his father with finding great quality material in the market. He's family wasn't well off or anything but they made do with what they had. He wouldn't trade his life for anything. He often dreamt about being in the palace one day but he knew that his dreams were just dreams.

On a random afternoon, Jungkook decided to sneak through the woods to get a good view of the palace. Well, maybe someone in the palace. Slipping off a steep hill, he landed right near the guards who then took him into custody and had him bow before the King.

"Your Majesty, we caught this peasant sneaking around the palace," said one of the guards. Jungkook got punished behind bars until his father would arrive to get him. You being the curious one that you are, you snuck off to see this strange boy. He was sitting against the wall with his head low. He heard footsteps arrive and looked up expecting one of the guards or even his father. But he looked up and saw...you. He was mesmerized by your beauty up close.
