The room was dim and chilly, a reminder of just how lost your soul was, forever to be hidden behind the bars of a cage only he could ever unlock. And even then, the hope of escape was nonexistent.
If you zoned out for long enough, the pain would fade and wither for a while.
His steps made the stairs creak, his presence finally drawing near though you barely shifted from your huddled spot on your nest of blankets — even when his shadow settled near. "My sweet angel~ what's wrong?" His voice was gentle, head tilting as if it were a careful gesture of curiosity yet his soft smile somehow managed to send a chill through the air.
It was mocking. The door unlocks, sliding open and the male kneels down in front of you — forest green eyes framed by short strands of straw blonde hiding many secrets and taking in every small movement, every detail, every unspoken lie. "Do you...not like your gift?" Came his voice and you shudder as he set down a small case, his gaze flitting to the cast that hugged your right calf before he sighed. "I thought you wouldn't...though don't say you didn't earn it."
You shiver as he pulls out a reflective object — and in a twisted way he was somewhat right. You were foolish enough to try and escape him...so Kairi, in turn, taught you a lesson you wouldn't soon forget.
You tense as your skin is pricked, the male shushing you as a drug entered your system with the push of a plunger. He then put the syringe back and shut the case, humming as he gave a little time for you to get hazy before he leaned forward, stroking your hair. "There...there you go, relax and let me take care of everything, little bunny~" Kairi smiles, and you whimper as your frame was picked up, settled over his chest. "Now, no misbehavior, or I'll break the other one..."
The world was fuzzy, features pinching as he stood, cradling you close to him.
He hums again. "Isn't that just a wondrous thought, little bunny? No running, no walking. You would be completely, undeniably dependent one me~"
