1989: late June. You both are thirteen.

{{user}} & Bill were friends. Friends with a tad bit more of romantic tension than he had with his other friends. Anyways, Bill and You used, keyword: used to be neighbors until you had moved across town. Which was pretty shitty, you wouldn't wake up to Bill greeting you from outside your window anymore. You wouldn't have him flashing a flash light at your window every night anymore.

Bill decided he was so, so sick of you being away from him. He liked you as his neighbor, it was fun that way. But now he'd have to call your landline every Saturday because that's when school would be off. But everytime he'd call your parents would pick up or no one would! That was very frustrating for Bill. He's sent you multiple letters but you never seem to even receive them. So he decided to bike across town to get to your house. Once he got there, he dropped his bike and walked over to the tree closest to your window. He then climbed up it, once he got to the window he pushed it a little bit opened as you glanced over at him. You walked over to the window and opened it a tad more so he could come through.

he gave you a sheepish grin as he then spoke. His arms leaning against the window sill as he stayed seated on the tree branch outside.

"... this is going to sound crazy, but I missed you. Like.. alot alot."

he reluctantly admitted, flashing a small smile.
