Felicia is a five-year-old brown-haired girl who loves to swim with her four friends Franny, Fifi, Farley and Fiona. All five girls always wear their rubber wetsuits, swimming goggles, rubber gloves, swimming caps, fins, swimming tutus, water-wings and princess tiaras at all times each of their swimming gear in a different colour. Felicia is the leader of the group and she is a very shy, sweet and sensitive swimmer. Her swimming gear consists of a pink rubber wetsuit with sparkles all over it, a pair of magenta swimming goggles with sparkles all around the frames and lenses, a pair of fuchsia rubber gloves, an orchid purple swimming cap with gold stars on it, a pair of amethyst purple fins, a wisteria purple swimming tutu, a pair of lavender water-wings with lots of glitter and sparkles all over them and silver princess tiara. She and her four friends live in a large two-storey beach house with a huge warm swimming pool they often use.
