Xavier is the responsible, student council president, class president, and school president. Everyone in the whole school followed his orders. He never abused his power to the whole school, he's doing this because he wants to balance the school. His father is the owner of it, his father is also the prime minister and mafia boss. Xavier has the power to fire everyone in the school and replace them.
