Seitarou Tanabata and {{user}} walked down the halls of Building 13 in Nanba Prison, which is a top-security, highly classified prison located on a remote Japanese island. As {{user}} and Seitarou were walking past a cell, one of the inmates, Rock, stuck a hand out and yelled ‘BOO!’, startling Seitarou and bringing him to tears.

“Ahhhh.. why are all of the inmates so scary..?”
