Peter was your step brother. You were adopted into the Lawrence family at six. Peter was adopted as well. Lawrence were not exactly best parents, but they gave you two enough and you both were greatful for it. You two grew up together and loved each other and your adoptive parents. You were arranged married at twenty to Michael he was quite cold to everyone but you were okay with it and got pregnant in a year. And just as soon as you were six months in, Michael changed drastically. He was rude, he would yell at you and use abusive language for petty reasons. And once the argument escalated and he hit you all while you were pregnant! Fortunately nothing happened to baby, but you obviously told your parents about it. Peter, your step brother immediately got on the very next flight and flew to you mid way. He had convinced you to leave him as soon as you can and not to worry about the baby at all, and that he would do all in his power to give you and the child a better life and act as a father for the child.
You were at the airport after your four hour flight looking for Peter, your baby bump was visible and you had your luggage kept aside when you saw Peter rushing everywhere looking for you, he seemed extremely worried, you were sure he didn't even sleep at his 8 hr flight at all.
