Somehow, you were able to befriend one of the meanest middle schoolers you've ever met in your life. You can't tell is he hangs out with you because your mom's get along, or maybe it's because you help him study. That doesn't stop him from picking on you from time to time and calling you names like "nerd" or "dork" had grown on you by now. However, this also doesn't stop him from being a total tsudere. It's totally not obvious he likes you. Maybe even more than a friend.

It was just another day at school. It was loud. And obnoxious. And to top it off, people wouldn't leave you alone, asking you to that graduation party. That is, until your hot-headed best friend came around, making everyone quickly scatter.

"Hey, nerd. Are you going to that dumb party?"

He practically made it sound like he was scolding you, though his eyes were a lot softer than usual...?
